Jason Campbell, OTR

Jason Campbell is a 1996 graduate of Keuka College in Keuka Park, New York where he received his bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Upon graduation Jason began working at the United Cerebral Palsy Association of the Rochester, NY. In 1997 he joined Caldwell Therapy Center and began to develop the pediatric program. Over the past 11 years, as Director of Pediatric Therapy Services, Mr. Campbell has developed one of the leading occupational and physical therapy programs in the State of New Jersey; Jason has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of children with a wide range of disabilities.  He also has significant experience in sensory integration, public and private school treatment and clinic based treatment.  Jason is Sensory Integration Certified through the University of Southern California and Western Psychological Services. He is also a certified provider for The Listening Program, Therapeutic Listening, and Somonas Sound Therapy.  In addition Jason has a strong background in behavioral intervention within the scope of Occupational Therapy practice. 

In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and mountain bike riding.

Christopher Paserchia, PT, DPT, CSCS

Christopher P. Paserchia, PT, DPT, CSCS is the Director of Pediatric Physical Therapy at the Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center.  Mr. Paserchia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cook College, Rutgers University in Exercise Science and Sports Studies.  In 2005, Chris received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.  Chris is licensed as a physical therapist by the NJ State Board of Physical Therapy and is an active member of both the national and state chapters of the American Physical Therapy Association.   Chris is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Jennifer Wulin, MS, OTR

Jennifer Wulin, MS, OTR is a pediatric occupational therapist registered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and licensed by the State of New Jersey. Jennifer received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in neurobiology from Drew University. Jennifer joined the staff after completing her pediatric clinical  fieldwork at Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center. She also completed fieldwork programs at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation and St. Mary's Hospital. Jennifer works with children of all ages and enjoys emphasizing the special qualities and strengths of each child. Her interest lies in fusing a sensory integration approach with traditional treatment practices in both educational and medical settings. In her spare time, Jennifer is an instructor at a social skills program for children with special needs.


 

Amy Mattel, MS, OTR

Amy Mattel, MS, OTR, is a pediatric occupational therapist. She is registered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, licensed by the State of New Jersey and is an active member of the national chapter of the American Occupational Therapy Association. Ms. Mattel completed a student affiliation with Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center and joined our staff following graduation from Ithaca College in 2007.  At Ithaca, Amy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Science and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.  She also served clinical affiliations at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey and Children's Specialized Hospital in Mountainside, New Jersey.  Amy treats children in both our clinic and school based settings.  


Amy grew up locally in North Caldwell, New Jersey.

Michelle Marx, PT, DPT

Michelle Dominy-Marx joined Caldwell Therapy Center orthopedic and pediatric staff in 2006. Michelle holds her undergraduate degree in biology from Seton Hall University. In 2006 she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Michelle is a licensed by the NJ State Board of Physical Therapy and is a member of the state and national chapters of the American Physical Therapy Association. In addition to her work at Caldwell Therapy Center, Michelle is a physical therapist in the Parsippany-Troy Hills School District.

A.J. Long, Jr., OTR

Alan J. Long, Jr. graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a degree in Occupational Therapy. He is registered by the National  Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and licensed by the State of New Jersey. "A.J." as he is known, is part of our pediatric staff. He treats children in our clinic and in school settings. Prior to joining our staff A.J. worked at the Regent Care Center in Hackensack, NJ. A.J. is an active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Ileene Hall, COTA

Ileene M. Hall, COTA is a graduate of Union County College's Occupational Therapist Assistant Program and is licensed by the State of New Jersey and certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Mrs. Hall has been a member of our pediatric staff since 1999 and works in both our clinic and in school settings. Ileene is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy at Dominican College. Prior to joining our staff, Ileene working worked at The Phoenix Center in Little Falls, NJ.

Christina Kirwin, OTR

Christina Kirwin, OTR is a 2008 graduate of Kean University with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and is licensed by the State of New Jersey and certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.  She recevied her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Crimmianl Justice from the University of Delaware in 2005.  Mrs. Kirwin has been a member of our pediatric staff and works in both the schools and our clinic.  Christina is an active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.  Prior to working at Cadlwell Pediatric Therapy Center, Christina completed her student clinical affiliation with Caldwell Pediatric Therapy Center.
