Judith D'Annunzio

  • Co-owner of Garden State Seminars, providing continuing education seminars for physical therapists.  Courses:  “Examination and Treatment of Mechanical Dysfunction of the Lumbar Spine and Sacroiliac Joint” and “Examination and Selected Interventions of the Lumbar-Pelvic-Hip Complex”  and “From the Subcranial to the Thoracic Spine, Examination and Selected Manual Therapy Interventions."
  • Adjunct Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (2002-2007)
  • Chief of Physical Therapy Services at Montclair Community Hospital, and worked in Skilled Nursing facilities, industrial medicine, home care and school-based pediatric physical therapy.
  • Prior to founding her physical therapist-owned private practice, she was a Staff PT at St. Barnabas Medical Center where she helped establish the SBMC Burn Unit.
  • Community lectures on osteoporosis, ergonomics, posture and body mechanics, fall prevention, and sports injury prevention.

Judi is married, has two grown daughters and has been an active member of the West Essex community for over 30 years.

Beth is married with three children, a life-long resident of West Caldwell/Caldwell and a graduate of James Caldwell High School.

  • Founder and President of The International Foundation for Performing Arts Medicine - A non-profit organization established to raise funds for injury prevention programs and to disseminate information pertaining to Performing Arts medicine.
  • Prior to joining our staff Nina was the Director of Occupational Therapy at the Kathryn and Gilbert Miller Health Care Institute for Performing Artists at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City, Associate Director of Occupational Therapy at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, East Orange, NJ and was a clinical specialist in hand injuries and Performing Arts Medicine at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, West Orange, NJ.

Nina is married with two grown children and a long time resident of North Caldwell.

  • Heidi is the only Clinical Doctor of Physical Therapy in the State of NJ also certified in Orthopedic Massage.
  • Advanced education and specialization in foot and ankle injuries.

Heidi grew up in Point Pleasant Beach/Brick, NJ playing basketball, soccer, field hockey and softball at the varsity level.  She went on to play soccer at the collegiate level. Heidi coached soccer from 6th grade level to Division 1 Collegiate Soccer

When the weather is warmer, Heidi can be found on her boat down at the Jersey Shore.

  • He coordinated and developed a "Fun Fit Day" for special needs students at New Beginnings School in Fairfield, NJ.
  • Prior to joining our staff Cryil interned at the Kessler Institue, Physical Therapy Unlimited, Lakeland Health Care Center, and MCRC Physical Therapy.

  • EMT of the Year, 2008

Cyril is from East Hanover, NJ and an active member of the East Hanover First Aid Squad. He also shares his love of Algebra as a tutor for middle and high school students.
